For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one!
The Conseqence: rejection by Christ Jesus followed by judgement of death and hell
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' (Matthew 7:21-24)
The Cause: the preaching of Jesus that look the same but is false and a gospel that is different from the truth, and the receiving of a spirit of the antichrist.
But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes [i.e. the church leader] preaches another Jesus [i.e. Jesus of the same kind but a counterfeit] whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit [i.e. a spirit of a different kind, not the Holy Spirit] which you have not received, or a different gospel [i.e. a gospel of a different kind, not the gospel of Jesus which is the power unto salvation {Rom 1:16}] which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it! [you end up living a false gospel which has not power until salvation, and are in danger of judgement and hell] (2 Corinthians 11:3-4)
The Lesson
Do not indulge and tolerate such a false teachers in your church - put them out. Have nothing to do with them. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ (2 Corinthians 11:13) for even Satan can appear to be an angel of light.
